Clinic · Pharmacy · Accounts

One system for the clinic, the pharmacy and the books.

Most clinics run on three products that do not talk to each other, and a spreadsheet that tries to make them agree. PixelCare is one system, with one set of records, under your clinic’s own name.

No sign-up. Open the demo and enter as any member of staff, or as a patient.

The problem

Three products, three versions of the truth.

Each one is good at its own job and blind to the others. The gaps between them are where money and stock go missing.

Clinic software

Books appointments and writes notes. Its idea of money ends at an invoice.

No pharmacy stock. No real books.

A pharmacy till

Sells and counts stock. It has never heard of the doctor who wrote the prescription.

No appointments. No patient record.

An accounts package

Keeps proper books, from figures someone types in again at the end of the day.

Always a day behind. Never by batch or by doctor.

PixelCare is all three, as one.

The prescription the doctor writes is the sale the pharmacist opens and the entry the accountant reads. Nobody types anything twice.

  • One patient record, from booking to dispensing
  • One stock record, from delivery to sale
  • One set of books, written as the work happens
  • One sign-in for each person, showing only their job

Why it is better

Six things no other product gives you together.

01

The money is right by construction

Every fee, sale, refund and delivery posts a balanced double-entry record the moment it happens. Nothing is edited afterwards; a correction is a visible reversal with a name on it.

02

The pharmacy cannot sell the wrong batch

The till takes the earliest-expiring batch by itself and refuses an expired one. Stock, sales and what each supplier is owed are one set of records.

How it works →
03

Every doctor’s share, worked out

Percentage, fixed amount, per service, with rent or a guaranteed minimum. The split is fixed on the invoice and held in a ledger for each doctor, ready to pay out.

How it works →
04

It becomes the clinic’s own

Name, logo, colours, forms, fees, permissions, language and web address are settings. Staff and patients see the clinic, not the software.

How it works →
05

It keeps working

The till keeps selling through a dropped connection and posts the sales when it returns. The day list prints for a power cut.

How it works →
06

Nobody needs a training course

Every screen walks a new member of staff through itself the first time they open it, and again whenever they ask.

How it works →

Against the rest

Where the others stop.

One sign-in each

Each person sees their own job, and nothing else.

A doctor cannot open another doctor’s notes or income. The desk cannot see the books. The server enforces it; it is not a hidden menu.

  • The receptionist

books, bills, seats and closes the drawer on one screen.

  • The doctor

sees only their own patients, notes and income.

  • The pharmacist

sells, receives and counts stock by batch.

  • The owner

reads the day, the month and every exception.

  • The patient

books and follows their care under the clinic’s name.

See it from every seat.

The live demo is a working clinic with sample patients, stock and seven weeks of history. Enter as the owner, the receptionist, the doctor, the pharmacist or a patient.
